To adequately perform the offered position a candidate would need at least 1 year experience in the property insurance industry and a certification with regard to the use of Adaptive PlanningInsights software. Adaptive PlanningInsights is a software platform developed by Workday Adaptive Planning. The software platform covers planning, consolidation, analytics and financial reporting.br br We point out, with respect to items H.5, and J.22, that the offered position does not, itself, contemplate a period of training; the training needed to have been attained in advance of occupying the offered position. As shown in Section K, at the time the foreign national beneficiary was hired as Senior Financial Analyst by the petitioner, the beneficiary already had used the Adaptive Insights platform. While Senior Financial Analyst, the beneficiary developed further his facility with this platform, on his own time while performing in his position of Senior Financial Analyst. The petitioner did pay the costs of the beneficiarys educational programming in the use of the platform, but such training was not specific to the offered position. Furthermore, because of the length of time required for the beneficiary to become sufficiently experienced to use the Adaptive Insights platform at the managerial level up to a year of educational and practical, handson, experience requiring Adaptive Insights training to be a component of the advertised, minimum, qualifications of the offered position would not have been feasible.
