Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management Information Systems, Information Technology or related field and five 5 years of progressive post baccalaureate experience involving the following SQL, SAS, and Rally; Full life cycle project management, project team management, change control management, or healthcarebr operations; Quality and user acceptance testing; Managing largescale projects in a highly matrixed large healthcare company; Documenting business requirements, writing procedures,br and conducting staff training; and Microsoft Office Suite.br br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position.
