Position requires fluency in Spanish and experience with the following financial models for infrastructure financing in emerging markets and working with Latin American debt issuers; negotiating with export credit agencies related to infrastructure andor energy projects in Latin America; working with credit rating agencies on initial ratings for firsttime issuers in emerging markets including corporate and structured transactions; debt restructuring with Latin American sovereign, state, and provincial government issuers; and Swiss Franc market issuance for Latin American issuers.
