Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field of study and three 3 years of experience in the job offered or as an Investment Banking Analyst, Senior Financial Advisor, or a related occupation. Position requires experience with the following Series 63 and 79 licenses Employer allows sixty 60 days after initial date of hiring for the first two 2 FINRA exams and thirty 30 days for each subsequent exam; Advanced financial modeling skills including valuation analyses; Advanced corporate accounting skills; Statistical and valuation skills; Managing complex projects; Proficiency in CapIQ and FactSet; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
