Position requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Economics or related field and five 5 years of experience in the job offered or as a Business Manager, Process Owner, or a related role involving business process management or processdriven environments within finance or banking. Employer will alternatively accept a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Economics or related field and four 4 years of experience in the job offered or as a Business Manager, Process Owner, or a related role involving business process management or processdriven environments within finance or banking. Position requires three 3 years of experience with Business Process Management BPM methods. Position requires advanced proficiency with Software AG ARIS Toolset and BPMN 2.0 notation. Position requires experience with the following processes, products and services of personal, corporate and retail banking; teaching and coaching; project management; and heavilyregulated international business environments. Experience and skills can be gained pre or postbachelors degree. Employer will accept a 3 or 4year Bachelors degree.
