This position requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, ElectricalElectronics Engineering, or a related field and 5 years related progressive, postbaccalaureate reliability engineering experience. Must also have 12 months of experience which may have been gained concurrently with each of the following 1 Improving availability, latency, performance, efficiency, resiliency, effective proactive monitoring of software applications and automating the repetitive manual works. 2 Performing work using the following tools and technologies AppDynamics, Splunk, Dynatrace, Kibana, ThousandEyes, Site Scopes, Grafana, Tibco, Jenkins, ServiceNow, Jira, Postman, SOAP UI, Oracle SQL, Cassandra, MSSQL, PyCharm, VS Code, Eclipse, Selenium, JavaScript, Python, Core Java, Servlet, XML, HTML, Flask App, MS Azure. 3 Building Automation Scripts to monitorAlert the system and to take remediate actions to fix the known issues. 4 Engaging in all major incident bridges impacting application and driving the incident to resolution by providing all technical solutions and recovering the system with minimal customer impact and facilitating the incident Postmortem to identify the RCA.
