FROM H 10B or any other job title performing the following job dutiesbr br Creating models that assist his superiors in resolving issues related to plans and specifications, especially as they relate to MEP infrastructure;br Coordinating modelbased submittals for architects, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, inspectors, owners representatives and senior engineers and project management staff;br Assessing conformance to contract specifications and raise any conflicts in interpretation;br Scheduling subcontractor 3D virtual trade coordination meeting, preconstruction meetings and submittal review meetings;br Assisting with the BIM related closeout process which includes preparing final records such as builtin models, manuals, warranties, and asbuilt documentation;br Preparing scope of work documents using BIM models;br Producing the turnover model file with all associated documents; andbr Developing reports and assessments.br br Employer will accept foreign equivalent to a US Bachelors degree with education evaluation. Beneficiary earned the equivalent of a US Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering on 05032014 from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum in India by education evaluation prepared by Silvergate Evaluations dated 03202018. Employer acknowledges and accepts this equivalency and confirms Beneficiary meets its education requirement. Beneficiary also has a US Masters degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas AM University received 12092016. Beneficiary also meets employers experience requirement of 4 years after receiving the Bachelors degree on 05032014, with work experience at Turner Construction Company full time, 40 hours per week as a VDC Engineer from 03272017 to 03092020 2 years 11 months 11 days for a total of 4 years 1 month 20 days. This position is not samesimilar and is materially different from the job offered. Employer acknowledges and confirms Beneficiary meets its experience requirement of 4 years of experience after receiving the Bachelors degree.
