Requires a bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, Electrical Engineering or a related field and experience performing presales activities. Minimum 4 years experience working with relevant Microsoft technologies in a professional services environment. 3 years project leadership experience, including 2 years experience leading enterpriselevel projects in a professional services or consulting environment. 3 years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM, andor other CRM applications. 3 years of work experience with largeenterprise companies and providing high level CRM consulting services to clients at all levels within an organization. Experience with SDK and 3rd party tools such as XRMToolbox and North52. Familiarity with ETL solutions such as Scribe or SSIS with KingswaySoft. Experience implementing, configuring and customizing Microsofts Dynamics including but not limited to configuring CRM forms, views, dashboards, workflows, business rules, solutions, etc. Experience implementing, configuring and customizing PowerPlatform including but not limited to PowerAutomate, PowerBI, and PowerApps. Possess background in one or more of the following functions Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, Portals, and Customer Insights. Ability to determine when to use out of the box Dynamics features versus custom code. Understands data migration and integration to and from Dynamics. Travel required to unanticipated sites in the U.S. up to 50.
