The required 60 months in H.10. has two parts, A and Bbr A 48 months in a management role in the industrial laser manufacturing industry that includes supervision of a line function, product management, or project management; andbr B 12 months in addition to and before or after 48 months in the following 1 Corporate finance role, including PL exposure, and CLevel reporting, 2 Project leader with CLevel exposure and direct or matrixbased supervision of at least 5 persons, 3 Strategy development addressing markets, competitors, products, and applications, including strategy creation and presentation to management, and execution, 4 Advanced use of SAP enterprise resource planning software, in particular finance, controlling, and sales modules.
