Must have 8 years of progressive experience in software engineering or IT consulting positions performingutilizing the following understanding of key business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function; applying expertlevel understanding in release management functions; providing directions and mentoring less experienced teammates; interpreting and conveying complex, difficult, or sensitive information, including PCI compliance; identifying opportunities for process and system improvements; managing geographically distributed teams; applying knowledge of technology trends, competitive environment, regulatory requirements and trends, and IT strategies employed to continually meet the demands of clients and regulators; translating enterprise level strategic planning information into software and data management needs, create business plans, and turn them into effective business solutions; leading projects of significant complexity and risk exposure, particularly with enterprisewide implications; Software Development Lifecycle and Agile; design and development of TDM solutions for data privatization, subsetting, data creation, provisioning, conditioning and profiling; test data management tooling with IBM InfoSphere Optim, Delphix, IBM InfoSphere Virtual Data Pipeline, andor Informatica; expertlevel knowledge, skills and background with SQ; automated pipeline delivery methods, building and integrating with various pipeline processes and platforms Jenkins, GitLab, andor Azure DevOps ServerTFS.; Toolstechnologies Java, C#, CC, SQL, JavaScript, Powershell, Windows Batch Scripting, COBOL, JCL, REXX, CA7, ESP, SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, MySQL, and various structured file formats such as VSAM, sequential files, and GDG; Knowledge of various environmental elements as they relate to testing and test data management distributed, mainframe, middleware, network, compute, storage, and cloud. Position may be eligible to work remotely but is based out of and reports to Truist offices in Charlotte, NC. Must be available to travel to Charlotte, NC regularly for meetings and reviews with manager and project teams within 24hours notice.
