Must have 5 years of progressive experience in IT positions utilizingperforming the following Scrum, SAFe and Kanban methodologies; Agile skills, including implementing ScrumSAFe for software teams, Agile coaching, and tools including Rally, Version One and their application; working on or with agile teams, including conversion from waterfall to agile; software development from inception to delivery using Java and other similar object oriented programming; application design, data structures and AWSOnPrem infrastructure disciplines; managing and leading cross functional software dev teams to build high performing self organizing teams; proactively identifying delivery risks and mitigating them by working with Payment gateway and Automated clearing house applications teams; and managing complex deployments spanning multiple technologies including AWS , Java and Angular. Position may work remotely but is based out of and reports to Truist offices in Charlotte, NC. Must be available to travel to Charlotte, NC regularly for meetings and reviews with manager and project teams within 24hours notice.
