Bachelors degree in Information Studies, User Research, User Interface Design, Multimedia Design, Interaction Design, or a related field. Position also requires completion of a universitylevel courseresearch projectinternshipthesis, or 6 months of experience in each of the followingbr br 1. Conducting user experience research using a wide variety of research methods such as user interviews, surveys, or card sorting exercises;br 2. Developing creative and comprehensive research strategies to reveal opportunities and issues that have impact on product strategy and design such as creating journey maps;br 3. Conducting collaborative, crossfunctional workshops to ideate on solutions to identified gaps and pain points;br 4. Conducting usability testing to evaluate proposed solutions with end users or internal stakeholders; andbr 5. Analyzing and presenting proposed solutions to user problems and pain points.
