Must also possess the following skillsbr br 1 Demonstrated Expertise DE leveraging the latest industry standards, procedures, and guidelines, including IEEE and NETA to perform testing and commissioning of protection and control schemes in various utility substations systems and configurations;br br 2 DE testing AC and DC schematics, wiring and interconnect drawings, and oneline and threeline diagrams for electrical protection and control systems;br br 3 DE using low, medium, high, and extra highvoltage substation and power plant equipment, performing apparatus testing, and interpreting test results;br br 4 DE using voltage and current injection test equipment and models to perform relay, relay communications, remote terminal unit and automation and integration testing; and,br br 5 DE developing, approving, and executing outage and energization planning and procedures by coordinating efforts with automation and integration, protection and control, and electrical control system operators.
