Masters degree in Computer Science, Management of Technology or a related field, or foreign equivalent, plus two 2 years of experience performing root cause analysis RCA for issues reported in production for Antepo OPN, an XMPP based presence and messaging server; implementing Emergency Break Fix EBFs and Minor Enhancements as prioritized by customer for deployment; following the prescribed Change Management, Configuration and Release management process for code checkins on the Client repository; identifying the regression test suite for bug fixes minor enhancements to ensure code change has not adversely impacted existing functionality and conducting performance benchmark testing using Tsunami Test Automation tool to ensure code change has not adversely impacted performance of the application. Experience must also include working with the following frameworks and technologies JavaJ2EE, XMPP Protocol, Apache Avalon Framework, OpenLDAP, Eclipse, Rational Rose, MySQL, XML, UNIX, SDLC Methodologies Waterfall and Iterative Development, JIRA, UML, MS Project, MS Visio, Oracle 11g, PLSQL, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, CSS, HTML5.
