Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field and two 2 years of related work experience in the flexible packaging manufacturing industry.br br Must have two 2 of experience withinbr br Using Agile methodology and flow charts to improve operational areas of printing, extrusion, lamination, and converting;br Resolving technical challenges and delivering engineering solutions for operational problems;br Assisting with continuous improvement projects to reduce waste, increase efficiency, andor Operational Equipment Efficiency OEE;br Establishing and tracking performance metrics;br Using Microsoft products, including Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint, to implement planning outcomes and direct work groups to complete tasks;br Performing gap analysis to improve manufacturing workflows and profitability;br Understanding value stream mapping to improve efficiencies within the manufacturing process.br br Up to 75 domestic and international travel required.br br 100 telecommuting permitted.
