Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering or a closely related field of study and five 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Programmer Analyst, Systems Engineer, Software Engineer or other closely related occupation.br br Also requires five 5 years of experience in the following which may have been obtained concurrentlybr br Developing applications using technologies such as JAVA, C, C, ProC or PLSQL implementing complex interprocess communications;br br Database architecture and data modeling;br br Design and development of database interfacing applications;br br Project management knowledge of leading SDLC tools and DevOps frameworks for software development, bug tracking, source code management and batch scheduling; andbr br Building and managing Budgets and Forecasts.
