Experience 1 Apply troubleshooting subject matter expertise and knowledge in 5G, 4G, UMTS, CDMA, GSM protocol stack, signal, and radio channels.br Experience 2 Provide technical support, including identifying reasons for KPI degradation to markets for troubleshooting production issues and working with Tier I and II to resolve any performance issues.br Experience 3 Troubleshoot RAN Macro Small Cells and use probe tools or similar KPI reporting tools including Tableau, Truecall PRTS.br Experience 4 Perform analysis and support with preand postperformance analysis for network changes, including rehomes, new technology and new features.br Experience 5 Monitor and review End to End Key Performance Indicators KPIs including RACH, SINR, BLER, Drops, AFR, Handover performance RF KPIs, Core KPIs, and SIP KPIs using tools including Onedata, Truecall, Tableau reports, or comparable tools.br Experience 6 Drive network optimization and ensure key performance indicators are met.br TMobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID19, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law.
