This position requires a Masters degree in Telecommunications, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Finance or related, and 5 years of relevant work experience or a Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Finance or related, and 7 years of relevant work experience.
