This position requires a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related, and 3 years of relevant work experience or a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related, and 5 years of relevant work experience. In addition, experience with the following skills is required 1 Applying knowledge of 2G3GLTEVoLTENBIoTNR RAN structure and Radio network performance Accessibility, Retainability, Usage, and Mobility and related Counter including L3 msg, 3gpp events, and SIP Cause Code analysis; 2 Utilizing SON related features and functionality; 3 Applying Ericsson platforms including 2G, 3G LTE NR OSS and features, parameters, and AMOS commands; 4 Working on VoLTE VoNR OptimizationPerformance management and EndtoEnd Callflow, IMS, and SIP messaging and Special Event management; 5 Troubleshooting Network issues with UEHUETRCTRSIPEPC Trace analysis of networks; 6 Applying knowledge of vendor Small cells and NOKIA and Ericsson product line and interoperability; 7 Utilizing MapInfo, Actix, Asset, IRIS and Ericsson EDOS tools; and 8 Utilizing analytical tools including Tableau, PowerBI, and SQL.br br ADDENDUM to H.4, H.8, H.10br br PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related, and 3 years of relevant work experience.br br ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related, and 5 years of relevant work experience.br br TMobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID19 prior to starting work.
