Design and perform optimization of 4G and 5G Wireless Network Architecture, protocols and procedures for technologies including Massive MIMO, LTENR, Voice Over LTE,; identify network issues using competitive benchmarking data, drive logs, network counters, and KPIs; analyze network data to provide optimization recommendations; and design and plan trials to identify network issues and provide troubleshooting steps and optimizations recommendations.br br Conduct performance management for 4G and 5G wireless networks, act as subject matter expert for network configurations for LTE and 5G networks with proficiency in performance applications including Citrix, Ericsson Network Manager, Ericsson Design and Optimization Tool, OSS RC, Nokia Operation Support System, and NetAct.br br Design, plan, and oversee installation and maintenance of wireless radio communications systems, including radio propagation modeling and prediction, interference analysis, frequency coordination, cell site equipment layout, parameter definition, and ancillary equipment; and experience with strategic planning, automation, development and deployment of national standards and processes. Perform RF Engineering project management leadership and project implementation.br br Utilize drive test data collection and UE Log Analysis tools such as TEMS, Actix, XCal, Wind catcher, Xcap, Wireshark, True call, Iris Session Analyzer, nBA, NG1Netscout, data collection, and postprocessing of logs and using the data for performance optimization.br br Utilize mapping and RF database management tools including ArcGIS, Atoll, MapInfo, Winfiol, nBA Analytics, and data analytics tools including Alteryx and Tableau, along with proficiency with Microsoft Excel data analytics functions.br br Plan and manage prelaunch activities of 5G, VoLTE, LTE, and WCDMA networks including drive test coordination, preparation of site shakedown reports and cluster drive reports, and initial network tuning recommendations.br br TMobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID19, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law.
