Requires a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Mathematics or foreign equivalent degree and 2 years experience experience in research, analysis or structuring in CLOs. Strong credit, finance, economic, business and technical skills. Fundamental understanding of the syndicated loan and bond markets. Fundamental understanding of scienceoriented companies in the Chemicals, Industrials, Paper and Packaging and Materials sectors. Comfortable reading and interpreting fund agreements including, but not limited to, Indentures, Credit Agreements, Prospectus and Investment Management Agreements. Must be proficient in Excel and Bloomberg.
