Background in education, training or experience must include experience mentoring large crossfunctional teams on major organizational projects; broad knowledge of the financial services industry; working knowledge of advice financial planning concepts such as tax optimization, differences between account tax types, social security options, cashflow projection concepts, rebalancing; engineering background and experience developing large scale integration using cloudbased APIs application programming interfaces; expert knowledge of the following technical lead practices and concepts full product life cycle, wide range of technologies from state of the art to legacy systems, performance and stress testing, security and threat modelling, quality assurance methodology and inspections, migration and integration, production acceptance including elevations; familiarity with strategic technology goals and trends such as continuous delivery, cloud computing, API economy, and tools such as Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence; experience with test automation and testdriven development practices and frameworks mutation testing, functional testing including Jasmine, Junit, Cucumber, mock frameworks including Mockito, contract testing; experience with reading, understanding and troubleshooting JSON and XML filescoding and comparing data; experience implementing and executing Agile principles with strong digital and technical skills; demonstrated experience and deep understanding of design thinking and user experience best practices.
