Must have three 3 years of experience with building processes and features on a CLM or CRM application; and maintaining existing workflows, components, dashboards, reports, and other similar system specific components within a CLM or CRM application. Must have two 2 years of experience with managing business or process validation rules within any enterprise application; error handling and mitigation for workflows and data loaders; working with 3rd party vendors for product support and customer success; and managing product version upgrades, testing and release maintenance for CLM or CRM applications.
