Must have seven 7 years of experience with objectoriented programming using Java, C# or a similar programming language. Must have five 5 years of experience with digital advertising domain and digital advertising systems; and building endpoints that comply with the IABs Interactive Advertising Bureau OpenRTB standard. Must have three 3 years of experience with large scale software architecture; network and distributed systems; managing engineering teams, including supervising, assigning and following up on tasks; career planning and mentorship for engineers, including conducting performance reviews and providing guidance and feedback; and project management, including formalizing plans, coming up with and presenting timelines, following up on project execution and delivering on time.
