Must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field, plus two 2 years of experience in the job offered, as an ITSystems Analyst, or a related position. Employer will accept an additional one 1 year of experience for an unrelated degree. Any combination of training, education, and experience is acceptable. Must have two 2 years of experience with all of the following Product and Business configuration and customizing business and product rules in FAST Flexible Architecture, Simplified Technology policy administration platforms or equivalent Insurance Policy Administration; utilizing Agile Methodologies and working in various phases of SDLC Software Development life Cycle; utilizing tools including XMLs, XSLT for development; developing per compliance with ACORD Association for Operations, Research and Skilled in development Development data models; gathering requirements and developing designs and stories for various insurance departments including new business, underwriting, accounting and claims; developing and testing of downstream integration, integration analysis and data mapping; identifying gaps in proposed designs and identifying impact of new functionality over existing functionality; creating interface control documents and other technical documentation and detailed designs. Telecommuting is permissible.
