Requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field plus five years of technical product management experience. Five years of experience must include five years of experience with each of the following 1 translating and communicating product and business requirements into technical requirements; 2 serving as a technical lead; 3 mainframe technologies and languages including COBOL, PLI, JCL, CICS, and SAS; 4 working as scrum master in an Agile environment; 5 coordinating and collaborating with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams on cross functional initiatives; 6 prioritizing, managing and delivering multiple projects or features simultaneously; 7 translating business needs into an actionable plans; and 8 extracting data and analyzing existing product behavior to inform business decisions and provide solutions.
