Masters degree or foreign degree equivalent in Applied Behavior Analysis, or closely related field, plus 3 years of experience in any relevant role within a residential care facility.br br Experience, which may be gained concurrently, must include each of the followingbr br o 2 years of experience utilizing the principles of ABA to implement behavioral management guidelines for all adult residents in the group home;br o 2 years of experience developing evening and overnight schedules with safety in mind and implementing relevant consumer Individualized Service Plan objectives;br o 2 years of experience collaborating with team members, other clinicians and families of consumers to successfully deliver ISPs for all consumers;br o 1 year of experience maintaining the resident adults finances and house finances.br br Position also requiresbr Medication Administration Program Certificationbr Four evenings per week at the residence and one day shift e.g. two 19 shifts, one 210 shift, one 1210 shift and one 104 shift.
