EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEbr br Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Technology and Policy, or a closely related field or foreign education equivalent and three 3 years of experience in job offered or three 3 years of experience evaluating and analyzing quantitative user insights.br br ORbr br Ph.D degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Technology and Policy, or a closely related field or foreign education equivalent and one 1 year of experience in job offered or one 1 year of experience evaluating and analyzing quantitative user insights.br br SPECIAL REQUIREMENTSbr br Demonstrated expertise programming in MATLAB; designing and using relational database systems to manage large datasets 1 M records; and writing SQL queries, procedures, functions and triggers to extract, manipulate, and save data.br br Demonstrated expertise using MATLAB, Power BI, or Tableau to generate reports for data analysis and developing recommendations and solutions to improve Key Performance Indicators KPIs; and in the data science workflow, including applying statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to derive actionable insights from data.br br Demonstrated expertise designing surveys to understand user behavior and influence design decisions; and analyzing user data and representing key information from datasets into visualizations.br br Demonstrated expertise managing engineers on projects related to algorithm development and survey implementation.br br Experience andor expertise may be gained during Graduate program.br br Employer will consider candidates with any suitable combination of education, training, andor experience.
