Masters degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field and 3 years of experience that includes ITSM application development, data transfer and integration using REST, JavaScript, PowerShell, XML, SQL, ETL, data modeling and data warehousing; Defining and implementing application architecture, data and infrastructure requirements; Service Catalog development with complex order guides to include service portal and frame set; Configuration and modification of ServiceNow modules including Configuration Management Database, DemandProject, and Application Portfolio Management; Analyzing user requirements to enhance system capabilities and automating process workflows for development and delivery of roadmaps; Extensive use of data source imports with transform maps to import data into ServiceNow; Unit testing; Presenting technical solutions to nontechnical audience.
