This position requires a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field plus 5 years of experience in an engineering field.br br This position also required 5 years experience in each of the following skillsbr br Managing projects, including cost reduction, line balancing, new equipment acquisition, from start to finish by overseeing capital investments, working with suppliers and contractors.br Applying technical knowledge in Hydraulic, welding, assembly, statistics and analytical abilities to assure existing work practices are the most efficient and cost effective possible.br Solving any welding process issues, including reduction of process variation, by finding root causes of customer complaints and performing analysis to reduce and eliminate systematic safety risks in the process.br Applying knowledge in APQP Advanced Product Quality Planning to introduce new products with a minimum process variation, and knowledge in PFMEA Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis to help to found and address any effects for process failures.br br This position also requires 3 years of experience in each of the following skillsbr br Working with 2D 3D CAD.br Applying knowledge in welding, laser cutting, plasma and press brake.br Integrating new products, including assembly heavy duty equipment, in production lines.br Developing manufacturing process for welding, painting and assembling.br br This position requires a Six Sigma Certification.
