Five 5 of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation implementing and delivering a Distributed Ledger Technology DLT platform to resolve crossborder payment issues; validating SWIFT payment messages and fulfilling payment transactions using cryptocurrencies and stablecoins; utilizing blockchain enabled software and services for wealth management transactions; performing business analyses including custody of Digital Assets and Cryptocurrencies, digital asset custodial services, digital asset custody providers, global digital assets regulatory landscape and a framework to scale the custodial services internationally; presenting and producing analysis results, and developing growth strategies by sourcing data, designing framework, security considerations, economic sanctions, country risks, regulatory compliance, and reporting and disclosure concerns; and performing project management activities, including developing platforms, governing project timelines, developing stakeholder presentation decks, and regulatory compliance management. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Masters degree in the above listed fields and three 3 years of experience in the above listed skills. 50 travel required. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
