Requires a Masters degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics or related field willing to accept foreign education equivalent plus ten 10 years of experience designing and leading corporate transformation programs. Specific skillsother requirements Must also possess the following quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section driving innovation to influence strategic decisions and to provide solutions to address business problems and strategic imperatives; managing large projects and applying project management tools and methodologies within fast paced, serviceoriented environment; conducting advanced quantitative analysis e.g. economic and financial analysis like competitive cost and decision analysis, analysis of seasonal effects on financial forecasts and capabilities assessments; conducting advanced analysis of the impact of uncertainties on business outcomes and tailoring plans and initiatives to address these uncertainties; consulting in large transformation programs including case for change definition, value mapping, program design and setup, road mapping, PMO, initiatives and KPIs tracking and systematic change management; and managing complex governance structures with multiple layers, stakeholders, decisions makers, parties involved and impacted, through systematic decision rights, roles and responsibilities. Up to 10 travel required depending on clientcompany need.
