Masters degree in an Engineering field, Business Administration, Business Analytics or a closely related field plus 4 years of experience in the job offered or similar in business aviation operations management.br br Alternatively, Employer will accept a Bachelors degree in an Engineering field, Business Administration, Business Analytics or a closely related field plus 6 years of progressively responsible, postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or similar in business aviation operations management.br br Additionally, must have 4 years of experience in all of the followingbr br Consulting, marketing, assessing requirements for corporate or commercial aviation operations;br Working with complex Relational Databases, Application Programming Interfaces APIs, and User Interface development;br Product lifecycle management Developing and managing requirements for airline training and safety programs and defining how the business can incorporate product features that address those requirements;br Working with feature prioritization, requirements definition, and product release planning by crafting sound strategies to allocate resources on software development efforts with the highest business value;br Advising customers on implementing pilot and maintenance training programs to enhance safety or advising out how to utilize operational data analytics to identify issues to be addressed through training;br Setting pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals through employing robust pricing calculators to better enable the projected revenue streams;br Identifying how many aircraft the customer is flying, how many pilots have downloaded a software application or how many tails are being supported with maintenance training via data mining and processing using Microsoft SQL and Excel, and by coding several SQL queries to address a products significant royalties implications and suggest changes to customer engagement and business models;br Assessing the customer impact of the development and marketplace impact of a commercial aviation product development in relation to the value of industry safety enhancement by tracking the QAR analytics and other safety indicators post training roll out, evaluating ease of implementation and value creation and assessing the financial results;br Utilizing all of the following .NET framework software applications, Java, Swagger, Atlassian Jama Connect, Jira and SSL certificates, andbr Providing financial analysis and analysis of impact to safety relative to commercial aviation operations management to decide if the company should pursue product development.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.br br Up to 35 of international travel required.br Up to 15 of domestic travel required.
