Four 4 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation working in the energy industry to complete marketing materials for corporate borrowers; utilizing finance experience to negotiate terms and conditions in loan documentation; utilizing banking experience to interpret and apply bankspecific regulatory policies and procedures as it relates to underwriting of lending transactions; performing finance modelling including providing financial statement analysis and forwardlooking financial statement modeling to assist in determining the financial viability and profitability of all lending transactions; utilizing credit risk analysis experience to quantitatively and qualitatively gauge the creditworthiness of borrowers and complete credit applications. Telecommuting andor working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site.
