Five 5 years of progressively responsible experience must include Developing and maintaining rolling demand forecasts for assigned product lines at the SKU level within categories in assigned regions; Managing development and implementation of Supply Chain strategies at global network level and individual SKU level for different types of commodities; Creating tools to manage global supply chain planning and reviewing demand forecasts with stakeholders Finance, operations, and business using analytical tool such as Microsoft Excel, Access, Jaspersoft, Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau; Managing various projects for technology infrastructure upgrade, budget oversight, and risk profile using project management tools including, Excel Atlassian Confluence, and Jira; Utilizing data tools including SAP and Access to develop dashboard related operational, supply chain and financial data points and developing Total Cost of Ownership TCO models for various product lines by working in parallel with finance, procurement, global logistics, supply chain planning, demand planning, and process excellence teams; Working with analytical platform and business intelligence tool including TIBCO, Tableau to review demand forecast, and SOP, perform market research, and assist in formulation of strategies that are costeffective and align with business goals; and Developing KPIs, business and dashboard for supply chain analysis. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Masters degree in one of the stated fields and three 3 years of experience. Employer will accept pre or post Masters degree experience. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
