Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and ten 10 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Ten 10 years of progressively responsible experience must include Providing technical support for user encountered issues during the Financial Regulatory reporting process; Creating recommendations for the formation of business and technical support teams to address efficiency and productivity issues and provide application production support to implement reporting change requirements; Establishing, implementing and monitoring best practices for technical development methodologies and tools; Designing and developing ETL and other data loading components as well as database solutions using SQL Server and SQL reporting service tool; Analyzing and designing hardware, operating system environments, software, and timeframe and resource requirements for all reporting requirements; Contributing to the development life cycle, including analysis of user requirements and design and implementation of technical solutions that fit timescales; Working with BI tools, including SQL Server, SSISPentaho and SSRS to generate the financial report for regulators and internal reporting teams; Designing and developing database components and frameworks using the Pentaho tool with Oracle and SQL server as a back end; and Establishing application infrastructure within Windows, Linus, or Unix between applications to generate regulatory reports with processed data from source systems.
