Associate degree plus 2 years experience in the job offered or experience in project management as a Construction ManagerOfficerInspector. Must have 2 years of experience using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Physical requirements include climbing up or down ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps and the like; remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods; moving in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces or moving from one worksite to another.
