OR Bachelors degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering and 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience developing testing strategies for automated test equipment for integrated circuits ICs. Experience 2 years w Masters or 5 years w Bachelors to include working on IC projects across digital, analog, and power management domains; developing and implementing designfortest DFT strategies and test methods; and writing scripts in CC and PERL or Python.
