Determining and calculating pipe and culvert type and size selection using culvert hydraulics program Culvert W and inhouse calculation process for hydrologic analysis. Utilizing XPRAFTS and XPSWMM to model streams and flood depths and flood extents. Preparing surface water assessment engineering reports which includes potential hydrological impacts and ricks associated with proposed mine and infrastructures. Developing project location map, watershed catchment figures, mine site layout plans, alternative analysis and surface water management figures to support engineering reports. Supporting design analysis through application of quantitative and qualitative evaluation techniques. Preparing and designing conceptual and redline drawings for Draftsman. Detailed design package includes designing and laying out pumps and generators for pump station, sizing pipework for pipeline network and layouts, sizing and locating air valves and scour valves and Piping and Instrumental diagrams PIDs. Preparing Scope of Work , Bill of Materials, Equipment Data Sheets, Function Specifications, TechnicalDesign Manuals for project deliverables. Calculating and determining volume sizes for evaporations ponds and retention basins. Conducting Project feasibility studies including alternative analysis and costbenefits analysis. Conducting site visits to verify site layout, existing conditions and observe construction methods to comply and meet with project requirements and standards. Preparing and assisting with memorandums and engineering reports including Basis of Design Report, Design Reports, Surface Water Management Reports and technical memos for client deliverable. Reviewing and markup internal reports, detailed design drawings, project specifications and scope of works. Preparing documents, designing deliverables and materials required for client submission and approval in accordance with client standards and regulations. Assisting and providing response to technical questionsqueries raised by clients and subcontractors in the form of TQ Technical Query. Assisting with document package for Request for Quotation RFQ.br br Education Requirement Satisfied.
