In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is two 2 years of experience in casting, CNC machining, quality engineering, or a combination thereof.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Engineering or related in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and two 2 years of experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Academic background, internship, or work experience to include GDT; Experience reading or interpreting CAD or CATIA drawings; Lean or Six Sigma certification not required quality tools; FMEA; Control Plans; Experience applying 5S directives; Microsoft Office Suite; and Fishbone analysis, Ishikawa analysis, or 8D analysis to identify root cause and related corrective and preventative actions. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A. There is no timing requirement associated with the special requirements defined at H.14, unless specifically stated otherwise.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
