In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is four 4 years of experience in production control, supply chain management, or a combination thereof. Experience must be postBachelors degree.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related and two 2 years of experience in production control, supply chain management, or a combination thereof in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and four 4 years of experience as described above. Pre or post Masters degree experience is acceptable. Experience must be postBachelors degree.br br Special Requirements Work experience to include Experience with planning or scheduling of freight logistics; Lean Manufacturing; Cost or resource tradeoff analysis; Data Analysis e.g., Excel, VBA, or Tableau; and General logistics terms and standards e.g., Bill of Lading BOL, Commercial Invoice CI, Twenty Foot Equivalent TEU, RollOnRollOff RoRo, or related.
