In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Technology Management, or relatedbr br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is two 2 years of experience in integrating design and manufacturing methods into product concept and design.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Technology Management, or related in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and two 2 years of experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Academic background, internship or work experience to include CATIA V5, Solidworks, SolidEdge, or other engineering CAD software; Enovia, SmartTeam, or similar PLM software; Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Product lifecycle management of highvolume production programs; Experience with compiling digital CAD assemblies of vehicle components and systems; and Part numbering and assembly architecture.
