In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Technology Management, or relatedbr br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is two 2 years of experience in integrating design and manufacturing methods into product concept and design.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Technology Management, or related in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and two 2 years of experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Academic background, internship or work experience to include CATIA V5, Solidworks, SolidEdge, or other engineering CAD software; Enovia, SmartTeam, or similar PLM software; Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Product lifecycle management of highvolume production programs; Experience with compiling digital CAD assemblies of vehicle components and systems; and Part numbering and assembly architecture. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A. There is no timing requirement associated with the special requirements defined at H.14, unless specifically stated otherwise.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
