In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Chemistry or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is two 2 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, data management or a combination thereof.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Chemistry or related in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and two 2 years of experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Academic background, internship, or work experience to include Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel; R, Python or Tableau; ERP system; Data cleaning; Database management; Supply chain management and procurement operations; and Contract negotiation. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A.
