In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is two 2 years of experience in automotive or highvolume manufacturingbr br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and two 2 years of experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Academic background, internship, or work experience to include Programming language e.g., SQL or related; Structured problems solving methodologies e.g., DMAIC, 8D, or related; PLC programming, troubleshooting, and configuration; Robot programming, backup and restoration; Overall Equipment Effectiveness OEE; Vision systems e.g., Keyence, IRVision, or related; and Mechanical or electrical troubleshooting methodology. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A. There is no timing requirement associated with the special requirements defined at H.14, unless specifically stated otherwise.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
