In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Masters degree or equivalent in Engineering or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is two 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering within the paint industry.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering or related and five 5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing engineering within the paint industry in lieu of a Masters degree or equivalent and two 2 years of experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Work experience to include Performing audits to ensure ability to meet equipment performance requirements; Chemistry of various paint technologies to optimize process and equipment in support of mass production; Defining and evaluating quality parameters such as viscosity, solid , film build, conductivity, baking temperatures for paint related materials to meet the specification; and Optimizing processes to reduce takt time, improve quality and cost effectiveness. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A. There is no timing requirement associated with the special requirements defined at H.14, unless specifically stated otherwise.
