In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Chemistry or related.br br In H.6A and H.10B above, the experience requirement is five 5 years of progressive experience in the job offered or five 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain, purchasing, or a combination thereof.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Chemistry or related and three 3 years of experience in the job offered or three 3 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or a combination thereof in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and five 5 years of progressive experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Work experience to include Strategic Sourcing; Cost analysis; Contract negotiation; Resolution management; Procurement; and Value Stream mapping. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.6, H.8C andor H.10A. There is no timing requirement associated with the special requirements defined at H.14, unless specifically stated otherwise.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
