In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Masters degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related.br br In H.6A and H.10B above, the experience requirement is one 1 year of experience in the job offered or one 1 year of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a combination thereof. Qualifying one 1 year of experience must be in an automotive setting focusing on quality manufacturing or design process improvements. Pre or postMasters degree experience is acceptable. Experience must be postBachelors degree.br br Special Requirements Work experience to include Problem solving for quality issues; Quality management of machined parts; Product quality planning; PPAP and APQP processes; Automotive launch of at least two 2 vehicle lines; and Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification. Approximately 20 domesticinternational travel required to unanticipated sites of supplier manufacturers and tooling companies to review design details and optimization, tooling specifications, materials, and audit processes; and to ensure projects meet industrialization and design timelines. Travel expenses paid by employer. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.6 andor H.10A. There is no timing requirement associated with the special requirements defined at H.14, unless specifically stated otherwise.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
