In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is five 5 years of progressive experience in designing and integrating multicomponent systems, web service development, computer architecture, or a combination thereof.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, related and three 3 years of experience in designing and integrating multicomponent systems, web service development, computer architecture, or a combination thereof in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and five 5 years of progressive experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Work experience to include RESTful API Design and Implementation using C# or equivalent platform; API Versioning or API Security; OOPD; Relational Database with query planning; Asynchronous Programming e.g., Multithreaded, Queue, Eventbased applications; Distributed Application Development e.g., Microservice Architecture, Caching, or Distributed Source Control; Infrastructure Development e.g., Infrastructure as Code, Zero Downtime Deployments, or Continuous IntegrationContinuous Delivery CICD; and Agile Development. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A. There is no timing requirement associated with the special requirements defined at H.14, unless specifically stated otherwise.
