In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is five 5 years of progressive experience in hardware systems, software systems, or a combination thereof.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept Masters degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related and three 3 years of experience in hardware systems, software systems, or a combination thereof in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and five 5 years of progressive experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Work experience to include Experience in diagnostic process through testing or quality assurance; FMEA analysis and analysis of historic reliability data; Chassis system reliability with focus on suspension; Automotive manufacturing quality and support; Computer Aided Design CAD; and Project Management. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A. There is no timing requirement associated with the special requirements defined at H.14, unless specifically stated otherwise.
