In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Masters degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration, or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is two 2 years of experience in technical product management or technical program management. Qualifying experience must be the fields of design for engineering, construction, manufacturing, software, or allied projects.br br Special Requirements Work experience to include Shipping at least one 1 design product; Experience with at least one 1 CAD or CAE program such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or ANSYS; Statistical analysis and product analytics such as PowerBI or Tableau; Scrum or Agile concepts such as JIRA for project management; and Master scheduling and product roadmap. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.10A. There is no timing requirement associated with the special requirements defined at H.14, unless specifically stated otherwise.
